The Pork Chop

This is one of my original project bikes, a Schwinn cruiser with some slight modifications! 1973 Schwinn frame blasted to bare metal. I put a set of Dyno fireball tires on there with the 24x3.0 rear tire on a set of vintage drop center rims. I stretched out the rear of the frame to accomodate the wide tire, in the process I lost the fender mount between the stays. The fork is a custom made from a suspension fork crown, 1" O. D. cromo tubing with a hole drilled through for the front wheel. This is my running first prototype, so far so good, rides well smoothing out the bumps. Also removed the kickstand since with that rake it's useless!
I installed a stealthy road lever to shift the 3 speed Sturmey-Archer hub. Pork Chop now has black powdercoated drop center rims, schwinn tank with a custom horn, powdercoated legs and fender brace, Profile Imperial chainwheel, Odyesse Black Widow pedals, charcoal glitter banana seat and a new front hub! Not to mention the twin headlights and twin skull lights in back!

Sold right before I left California...adios!
